Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress, who came into the spotlight after her performance in the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. Additionally, she hosted Ballroom with a Twist the innovative new series that has rotating celebrities as emcees or dancers in Dancing with the Stars. Barbara has also appeared in the Lifetime Army Wives TV show. She guest-starred ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, toured the country with Neil Simon's female version of The Odd Couple. Barbara was a part of Social Security at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri, which ran for a full month in Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
